Redpoint Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") wants you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions to the Redpoint Reqs Service and how to request one.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle is responsible for processing payments and handling all refund requests, chargebacks, and billing inquiries.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via Paddle's buyer portal. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid period. Renewals that have already been charged may be refunded on a case-by-case basis if you contact us promptly after the renewal date.
Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
This policy is provided in addition to Paddle's own Buyer Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between the two, Paddle's policy governs payment processing and our policy governs the subscription terms with Redpoint Labs LLC.
